Golden Graham S'mores Bars
There has always been a lot of controversy surrounding s'mores. Just how roasted is the marshmallow meant to be? How many squares of chocolate is the ideal number for each s'more? Is it better to have only one s'more with two marshmallows, or two s'mores each with one marshmallow? I would argue that marshmallows are meant to be burnt until they're black as charcoal, that the optimal amount of chocolate is two squares per s'more, and that it is far better to get two s'more out of your two marshmallows than just one. However, people never seem to agree.
Thankfully, the recipe I'm sharing with you today is the ultimate solution to the troubling s'mores debate. At last the times of struggling to convince your friends and family that your marshmallow which you set on fire three times will, in fact, still taste good are over. Now you can satisfy your s'more cravings without all the banter, plus you won't reek of bonfire afterwards. Golden Graham S'mores Bars are the answer to all of your s'more related strife.
Much like the real deal, this s'mores alternative requires few ingredients, but it's so much easier to make than the traditional version. To make regular s'mores you have to build a fire, and everyone has to wait for their turn to use the marshmallow roasting stick. To make s'mores bars all you have to do is turn on your stove top, and no one will have to wait to enjoy their bar because a whole batch takes only ten minutes tops. Plus, the whole batch of bars will taste exactly the same-- absolutely delicious-- so no one will be able to argue that their s'more is better.
I love this recipe because I will never have to defend my taste for burnt marshmallows ever again... But even if you've never had to defend your marshmallows preference before, I know that you will appreciate Golden Graham S'mores Bars just as much as I do.
